THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25468 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 in not providing aid to the petitioner against the 4th respondent and his henchmen in interfering with the rented house of the petitioner and in obstructing in entering into the premises of the petitioner inspite of status quo orders in favour of the petitioner Residential House in MULK VILLA, 1st Floor, Plot No. 8, Road No. 13, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad passed by the court of the Honourable Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad in O.S. No.

1946 of 2012 as illegal, arbitrary and also oppose to all canons of justice consequentially direct the Respondent No. 3 to provide aid to the petitioner in entering into the premises of Residential House in MULK VILLA, 1st Floor, Plot No. 8, Road No. 13, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad." During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent informed the Court that the 4th respondent already died and therefore, there is no cause of action for the petitioner to raise an objection that the respondent No.3 is not providing aid to her against the 4th respondent. Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
