THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24493 of 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition stating that he applied for survey of his land to the 3rd respondent, but on account of interference by respondent Nos.4 and 5, the said survey could not take place. He therefore seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the Survey officials to survey the land.

The 2nd respondent filed a counter stating that he has not received any request from the Revenue Officials seeking protection for surveying the land of petitioner.

3. No counter affidavit is filed by respondent Nos.3 to 5.

In view of the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing that if any request for police protection at the time of survey of petitioner's land is sought by 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent shall provide the same. No costs.

5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
