HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3596 of 2014 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. This civil revision petition is directed against the following order:

"Heard both sides.

In the counters of respondent No.3 and 7, they admitted about alienation of property in favour of proposed parties. As such the proposed parties are just and necessary for better appreciation of facts. In the result, petition allowed to implead respondents 10 to 14 as defendants 10 to 14 and to carryout consequential amendment."

3. It is not in dispute that the petitioners purchased the property knowing fully well that there was a suit for partition, also involving the property purchased by them. In view thereof, the learned Judge, in the interest of justice, seems to have allowed the petition. In any case, no prejudice will be caused to the petitioners if they are arrayed as parties to the suit. No case for interference is made out by the petitioners.

4. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
