.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to encroach and dispossess the petitioners to an extent of further 166 sq.yds in Plot No.11 in Sy.No.7 situated at Annojiguda Village, Pochram Gram Panchayat, Gatakesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, against the principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and National Highways Act 1956; The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI S.S. VISWANETRA RAVI Advocate for the Petitioners and of Asst. Govt. Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents 1 and 2, and of Sri S.C.Varma, S.C. for respondent No.3, the Court made the following: ORDER:

" Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition takes notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned counsel representing Sri S.S.Varma takes notice for respondent No.3. Both the learned counsel seek time for filing counter affidavits. Post on 23-01-2012.
