THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1743 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioners herein sought for quashing the crime No.212 of 2011 on the file of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore.

Learned Public Prosecutor has since received instructions in the matter has pointed out that the parties have amicably settled their differences and disputes by entering into a compromise before the Mega Lok-Adalat on 23.11.2013.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this petition.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand closed.
