When the same is not disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed.

respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if no order was passed already.

4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
