The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 662/2019 of Women Police Station,D.D., Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

This Court by order dated 23.06.2020 directed the police not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed oft, by extending the said relief granted on23.06.2020.
