It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner Nos.1 and 3 died long back. As far as petitioner Nos.2 and 4 are concerned, on instructions, he would submit that they do not want to pursue the matter. Therefore, the Counsel for the petitioners requested to close the Criminal Revision Case. 2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed since the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present Criminal Revision Case.
