THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.28559 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus challenging the orders vide Rc.No.313/2016-C dated 04.08.2016 passed by the third respondent in removing the petitioner from the post of President of Agali Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd., Agali as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of appeal before the competent authority.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
