Therefore, in view of the reasons assigned in the said order, and since there is no objection, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, the the order dated 13.03.2025 is set aside, and the Appeal is restored to its original position. C.C.C.A.No.192 of 2007 List on 09.06.2026, immediately after fresh matters.
