HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40253 OF 2016 O R D E R :
The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.6-00 guntas in Sy.No.399/69 of Enkatala Village, Mominpet Mandal, Vikarabad District by virtue of Certificate No.C/66/96 dated 20.06.1997 and in pursuance to the same, she was issued pattadar pass book and title deed. Thereafter, she made an application dated 24.12.2013 for issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for alienating the said land in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307 dated 06.06.2013. With regard to the same, the District Collector-2nd respondent called for the report from the Mandal Revenue Officer, Mominpet. As no action has been initiated petitioner made subsequent representation dated 23.07.2016. But no action has been taken so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since it is stated that the application submitted by the petitioner on 24.12.2013 is pending before the 2nd respondent and reports are being called for, it is for the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action.
In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2013 in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
