Ranga Reddy District dated. 12.01.2019 pending trial; The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of E T MANJUSHAA Advocate for the Petitioner, and OFPUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent, the Court made the following. ORDER:

I THE HON'BLE SRI ]USTICE SANJAY KUMAR I CRIMINAL PETITION No.2067 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner is A.1 in Crime No.22 of 2019 on the file of Neredmet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered under Section 306 IPC. By way of this petition filed under Sections 437 &. 439 Cr.P.C, she seeks grant of regular bail. A.2 and A.3, the parents of the petitioner-A.1, have already been granted regular bail in this crime. The case of the prosecution is that the son of the complainant committed suicide leaving behind a suicide note, wherein he stated that A.1 was responsible for his act. It is in relation to this crime that the petitionerA.l was arrested and she has been in custody since 27.03.2019.

As to whether the petitioner-A.1 can be held responsible for the suicide requires to be established. At this stage, it is not necessary to continue her custodial detention and she is entitled to regular bail on some conditions.

The criminal petition is accordingly allowed. The petitioner-A.1 shall be released on bail upon her furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) along with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction oF the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioner-A.1 shall co-operate with the investigation and desist from offering any inducement, threat or promise to any of the witnesses or any person connected with the case.
