These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are filed challenging the order dt.28.09.2015 passed in Interlocutory Application No.556 of 2015 in Original Suit No.99 of 2015 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, at Khammam. 2.

Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.809 of 2015 is filed by defendant nos.1 to 10 in the above suit and Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.956 of 2015 is filed by plaintiff in the above suit. 3.

The counsel for plaintiff as well as defendants who are representing the respective appellants have sought a direction to the Court below to decide expeditiously Original Suit No.99 of 2015 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, at Khammam.

Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of directing the Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, Khammam to expeditiously decide Original Suit No.99 of 2015 preferably within one (01) year from the date of receipt of the order. No order as to costs.
