THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2580 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for parties consent to dispose of the revision petition with this order.

2. Stay of arrest of petitioner dated 09.06.2016 is directed to be continued for a period of six (6) months form today subject to the condition of the petitioner depositing 1/3rd of the EP amount within three (3) months from today and final 1/3rd amount in the next three months. The decree holder is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the revision petitioner. If any one of the conditions is defaulted, the decree holder is entitled to take further steps in the matter.

The civil revision petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
