THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.24319 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: "...to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not revising the proceedings dated 11.07.2017 in the light of the amended guidelines/instructions dated 19.07.2017 issued by respondent No.2 for issuance of certificate of Insure Persons (IPs) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue the "Ward of IP" certificate by allowing the petitioner to pursue MBBS course by filling the seat allotted to him in pursuance of the letter of allotment dated 14.07.2017and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice." Today, it is represented by Sri Kiran Kumar Vadlamudi, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the matter has become infructuous.
