This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the petitioners herein as the members of the fifth respondent by making necessary changes as per the Co.operative Societies Act and declare the action of the fourth respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
