HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C. No. 901 OF 2014 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 02.04.2014 in W.P.No.9753 of 2014, wherein this Court has directed the respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in so far as show-cause notice dated 26.03.2014 is concerned.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests.

It is stated in the counter affidavit that in pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the respondents have issued proceedings dated 29.04.2014 rejecting the application of the petitioner for release of the vehicle and the same was communicated to the petitioner twice by registered post with acknowledgment due, but same were returned stating that 'there is no such addressee'.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court on 02.04.2014. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand dismissed.
