Heard counsel for petitioner.

This Revision is filed challenging the order dated 20.03.2019 in IA.No.261 of 2019 in OS.No.701 of 2019 of the IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 3.

It is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner/1st defendant had not even been served notice in the suit, but the order passed by the trial Court mentions as if petitioner's counsel was also heard; that the Officer who passed the order got transferred on the very next day after pronouncement of the said order; and that the petitioner had filed a counter in the IA and also argued the same, but the Court below is not deciding the same.

In view of the said submissions, the IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad or the Officer-In-Charge of the said Court is directed to decide the said IA within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, positively, after hearing both sides, if such hearing is not happened by now. 5.

Accordingly, the CRP is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the said Court by today.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
