Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that deed of conveyance for lands to an extent of Ac.0.391⁄2 guntas in Survey No.1213, Ac.1.261⁄2 guntas in Survey No.1214, Ac.1.00 in Survey No.1214, Acs.2.31 guntas in Survey No.1213 and Acs.2.13 guntas in Survey No.1214, respectively, situated at Manakondur Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, was presented for registration along with the requisite stamp duty. However, the Sub Registrar, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District, the 3rd respondent, is not receiving the document, causing hardship to the petitioners and no reasons are assigned as to why the document is not received for registration.

Petitioners filed sale certificate and payment of stamp duty as Ex.P1.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to receive and process the document for registration and if the document meets all the required parameters, he shall register the same and if the Sub Registrar finds any ground to reject the document for registration, he shall assign due reasons in support of his decision and communicate the same to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the

- 3 - order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
