THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40695 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had preferred an appeal on 05.10.2015 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.23.09.2015 of the 3rd respondent in canceling the petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization along with a stay application and that no orders have been passed thereon by the 2nd respondent till date.

3. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the stay application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he will also dispose of the appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 05.10.2015 challenging the order dt.23.09.2015 of the 3rd respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; he shall also dispose of the appeal within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
