THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not taking any action on petitioner's representation dt.19.09.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of easementary right of, right to light, air and, also violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to stop the construction of the 4th respondent and if any deviation or illegal construction is found in respect of premises No.5-1-194/6, situated at Troop Bazar, Hyderabad, it may be removed forthwith." At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.46517 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
