3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that in view of the disposal of I.A.413 of 2013 in O.P.No.1417 of 2009 by the Court below, no cause survives for further adjudication in this revision.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the civil revision petition shall stand closed.
