This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 09.2.2018 passed in I.A.No.193 of 2017 in O.S.No.189 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Kothagudem.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal, as the matter was settled between the parties. A letter dated 27.9.2018, to that effect, was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the C.M.A., is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
