HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14103 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.89 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the V Additional District Judge cum Special Judge for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, at Karimangar, arising out of the offences under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 22.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Siricilla Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District, and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 06.04.2015.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
