K. Navaneetha Rao v. Smt. G. Nirmala Kumari
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.6288 of 2012 ORDER:
This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against the orders dated 03.10.2012 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District passed in IA.no.67 of 2011 in IA.no.1025 of 2010 in OS.no.509 of 2010.
By the said orders, the Court below had allowed the application filed by the plaintiff under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure for amendment of the schedule of the plaint.
This Court, on 18.12.2012, while ordering notice before admission and directing the matter to be listed after three (3) weeks, had also observed that there shall be interim stay in the meanwhile. On a perusal of the note of the Registry it appears that the suit itself was disposed of on 08.03.2013. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
