Bhavani, D/o. Venkataramana Chary in place of Naroju Bhavani, Wo. Akash pending disposal of Crl.P.No. 2527 ot 2018 on the file of High Court. The petition coming on for "For being mention" and earlier order of High Court dt.05-03-2018 made in Crl.P.No. 2527 of 2018 and upon perusing the petitron and the grounds filed in the Crl.P., and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sanjeev Gillella, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecuto(Ts), for lhe Respondent No.1/State, the Court made the following.

ORDER:- "This petition is filed seeking for amendment of the name of the accused No.5 from 'Naroju Bhavani' to 'R.Bhavani'.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that even in the quash petition filed by the accused No.5, her name was mentioned as'R.Bhavani'. The public prosecutor does not oppose the said contention.

Hence, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and one week time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda."
