ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in suspending the petitioner from the college without holding any enquiry as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Sri M.Karthik Pavan Kumar, the
learned counsel representing Sri C.Suman, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has left the institution and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.14327 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
