This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.110 of 2015 of Prathipadu Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 366-A, 376(2)(i) of I.P.C. and Section 5 (m)(l) read with Section 6 of POCSO Act. The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. The victim girl is aged about 12 years only. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
