A letter, dated 08.10.2018, is filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition stating that after filing the Writ Petition, the Municipal Corporation passed an Order of rejection and therefore, the petitioner herein may be permitted to move a fresh Writ Petition with liberty to question the said rejection order.. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
