This Civil Revision Petition arises out of the order, dated 30.03.2016, in I.A.No.1295 of 2015 in O.P.No.730 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District & Sessions Judge's Court, Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Mr.K.Prudhvi Raj, learned counsel representing Mr.Srinivas Rao Bodduluri, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that both the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court and that therefore, the petitioner does not intend to pursue the revision petition.

In view of the above submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
