This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 13.02.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.1936 of 2019.

Since the contempt case arises out of interlocutory order in W.P.No.1936 of 2019, which was disposed of on 6.1.2020, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
