THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2537 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in PRC No.62 of 2017 on the file of the Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Markapur, wherein cognizance was taken for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 312, 509, 323 and 420 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there are no incriminating material against these petitioners to proceed with the above PRC.

The petitioners have got remedy available under law particularly under Section 239 Cr.P.C.

Granting such liberty, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
