This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not deleting the land belonging to the petitioner admeasuring 266.66 square yards situated in Survey Nos.342/ A, 343 and 344 of Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from the prohibited list, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to delete the aforementioned land belonging to the petitioner from the prohibited list.

Heard Smt N.Usha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Hareesh Muchinthala, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents perused the record. 3 .

Having elaborately argued, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested that the petitioner may be given an opportunity to submit an effective representation to the authorities concerned to establish that the disputed land admeasuring 266.66 square yards situated in Survey Nos.342/ A, 343 and 344 of Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, belongs to the petitioner and not to the Government.

It is pertinent to state that the dispute between the parties to the lis is with regard to the title and possession of the disputed land admeasuring 266.66 square yards. A comprehensive civil suit

is required to be filed to adjudicate the same. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to submit an effective representation to the authorities concerned to establish that the disputed land admeasuring 266.66 square yards situated in Survey Nos.342/ A, 343 and 344 of Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, belongs to him and not to the Government.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
