This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the order dated 27.10.2004 passed in M.P.No.47 of 2003 on the file of the Court of Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Warangal as illegal, arbitrary and to pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this writ petition shall stand closed.
