THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18915 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus setting aside the impugned award dated 17.01.2005 in I.D.No.88 of 2002 on the file of the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad and proceedings in E.P.No.3/2005 by which the petitioner was directed to reinstate the respondent into service with continuity of service, 80% back wages and attendant benefits and to pass such other necessary orders.

The writ petition against the first respondent was dismissed for non-compliance of the orders of this Court dated 30.12.2010. No cause of action survives in the writ petition in view of the dismissal of writ petition against the contesting respondent, i.e.R1 on 30.12.2010. Hence, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
