This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in entering the name of the 5th respondent in the revenue records in respect of land of an extent of Ac.11.13 guntas situated in Survey Nos.20, 21 and 22 at Jalpally village, Saroor Mandal, Rangareddy district, without issuing any notice to the petitioner.

It is submitted that there are Civil Suits pending among the parties namely, a suit for partition and a suit for injunction. In such circumstances, if an entry is made including the name of the 5th respondent, the petitioner can file appropriate proceedings challenging the same before the appellate authority.

Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy as provided under the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
