THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON NO.31016 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner's brother, Ghulam Hussain, was produced and remanded to judicial custody after the institution of this writ petition. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law to secure the release of her brother.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
