O R D E R

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 24.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31793 of 2014 wherein this Court directed the respondent authorities to dispose of the application of the petitioner made for conducting survey of his land within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with and survey was conducted.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner can obtain the copy of the survey report by making necessary application. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
