Sri C.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not pressing the writ petition as two crimes were registered and charge sheets have been filed. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
