This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the crime on the complaint of the petitioner dt.09.04.2019.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner FIR was registered; and that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
