THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1940 OF 2009 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 491 Cr.P.C., aggrieved by the order, dated 24.09.2009, in Crl.M.P.No.104 of 2009 in S.C.No.142 of 2009 on the file of Chairman, Motor Accidents-Claims Tribunal (VII-Additional District Judge) (Fast Track Court), Nizamabad at Bodhan, whereunder and whereby, petition filed under Section 173 (8) Cr.P.C., by the Inspector of Police-CID, RCIU, Sangareddy, seeking permission to conduct further investigation, was dismissed. Challenging the same, the present revision case is filed. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State, on instructions, submits that the cause in this revision case does not survive for further adjudication as the respondents/A.1 to A.3 were acquitted in Sessions Case No.142 of 2009 and an endorsement is also made to that effect.

In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision case shall stand closed.
