THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19028 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 20.04.2016 under Payment of Wages Act and it is an appealable order.

When the attention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner was drawn to the availability of the appellate remedy, he fairly submits that he would file an appeal, but since the period of thirty days is over, he is disabled from filing the appeal.

In the circumstances, Office is directed to return the papers to the learned Counsel for the petitioner in order to enable him to file an appeal on or before 30.06.2016.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
