Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted a letter dated 12.3.2018 into the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the contempt case.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has reported no objection.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is close giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies as available under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
