The prayer is one against inaction in mutating petitioner's name in an extent of Ac.4.70 cents in Survey No.690/ 1A1 of Balapanur Village and Grampanchayat, Panyam Mandal, Kurnool District pursuant to the application dated 06.09.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

The 3rd respondent who was directed to produce record is present in the Court and has produced the record for examination by the Court. The record is perused. Further it is brought to the notice of this Court that on 09.04.2017 fresh application was made for the very same relief and the request of petitioner was rejected through communication RCA No.149/ 2017 dated 07.06.2017. Counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court not to press the writ prayer and challenge the communication dated 07.06.2017.
