CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.6818 of 2018 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband, by name Kindigeri Kondaiah (for short "the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him at liberty.

From the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is evident that the alleged detenu has gone missing since the year 2014. The petitioner suspects that respondent Nos.5 and 6 are responsible for missing of the alleged detenu. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (T.S.), on instructions, submitted that recently, the petitioner has given a report, based on which FIR.No.26/2018 was registered by respondent No.4 and that investigation has been in progress. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the investigation, as expeditiously as possible, and file appropriate charge sheet/report before the jurisdictional Court.
