HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11366 of 2015 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners-accused are acquitted on 09.3.2017 in C.C.No.473 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jagtial. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police concerned. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
