THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.535 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Court passed an order on 8.11.2017 in Writ Petition No.32625 of 2017 directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 26.8.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon. The said representation of the petitioners was considered by the Depot Manager and he passed an order on 23.3.2018 giving reasons for rejection of the said representation.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue the remedies that are available under law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
