HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.34787 OF 2016 ORDER:
The petitioner challenges proceedings dated 21.09.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.
With the assistance of learned counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader, I have perused the proceedings impugned in the writ petition and also the grounds of challenge of petitioner. This Court is of the view that suspension pending enquiry in the peculiar fact situation of this case need not be gone into by this Court, however, to meet the exigency and also ends of justice, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry initiated pursuant to the proceedings dated 21.09.2016, in accordance with law, within six weeks from today. The petitioner is given liberty to communicate this order for expeditious and timely decision by the 2nd respondent.
