ORDER

The present criminal petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking to direct the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to return the passport of the petitioner bearing No.F9412934 produced by him at the time of recalling of NBW pending against him.

2. Heard and perused the material on record.

3. The petitioner/A1 is involved in C.C.No.90 of 2014 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC and under Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act. At the time of recalling of NBW, the petitioner produced his passport before the trial Court, but the same was not returned. Subsequently, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.650 of 2016 seeking to return his original passport, but no order has been passed thereon. Hence, he filed the present criminal petition.

4. Since the investigation in this case is completed and the charge sheet has been filed, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this Criminal Petition with the following direction;

The trial Court is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.650 of 2016 filed by the petitioner/A1 on or before 15.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by

considering the order dated 19.11.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11696 of 2015.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
