2. The Standing Counsel, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, states that the issue in this writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court dt.01.05.2015 in W.A.No.115 of 2014 and batch, wherein similar writ petitions have been dismissed.

3. This is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.

4. Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
